The accompanying restaurant La Table du Castillon serves creative and seasonal dishes composed by the young chef Benoît Dahai. During lunch, a two-course menu is available, and in the evening you can enjoy three courses and a cheese board! The roasted lamb fillet with rosemary is particularly cooked to perfection and you'll lick your fingers after the dessert of local fig yuzu sorbet.
