YOURS Boutique Hotel is located in the Ruzafa district in Valencia, just below the old town of the Spanish city. In the reception area, you will find a coffee bar and check-in desk in one, and you immediately see that everything is perfect down to the last detail. Only local parties were used for the design and furnishings, which makes the whole thing extra special. In addition, on the ground floor, there is a lounge area, from where you can walk directly to the soothing patio with a small but fine swimming pool. The rooms and apartments are located on the upper floor.

Meet the owners

During your stay at YOURS Boutique Hotel, the Dutch owners are there for you at any time of the day. Wouter and Daphne had already been running a small bed & breakfast in a nearby neighborhood for five years before they started YOURS, but because of expansion plans, they were looking for a larger building. At the end of 2020, their eye fell on a dilapidated, abandoned building in Rufaza, where they could implement all their creative ideas in collaboration with a local architect. After a major renovation, the doors finally opened in August 2021, and this minimalist gem has since been busy and loved by many.

The perfect mix of minimalism and ambiance

The rooms and apartments at YOURS Boutique Hotel are carefully decorated and have all the facilities for a wonderful stay. Despite the quiet interior, it's incredibly atmospheric and you'll feel at home within minutes. In addition to the standard superior rooms and lofts, the hotel also offers a large penthouse and spacious apartments, where you have access to a fully equipped kitchen.

Culinary surprises outside the door

YOURS does not have its own restaurant, but enjoying a delicious breakfast is an option and we definitely recommend that! The menu includes artisan bread, local sweets and fruit from the market. Choose, for example, the classic tostada con tomate or an açaí bowl with granola. For lunch and dinner you can - literally and metaphorically - go in any direction. From classic Spanish tapas bars to gourmet delights in starred restaurants, the choice is huge. Fish lovers should definitely visit La Cooperativa del Mar and dine at Michelin-level at 2 Estaciones.

Surprising Valencia

In Valencia, you can enjoy a lovely sunshine about 300 days per year, which makes this Spanish city the perfect destination for a city trip. The city is atmospheric, considerably more authentic than Barcelona, for instance, and due to its size, almost everything can be done on foot. Particularly, the El Carmen district in the historical city center, with its labyrinth of streets and all kinds of nice boutiques and interesting buildings, is highly recommended. Fancy a beach day? That's also possible! By bike or public transport, you'll be standing with your feet in the sand in no time. At the Les Arenas beach, you can rent sunbeds, and there are various beach clubs where you can enjoy a bite to eat and a drink.
