Dining at Tarabel

Dining here is an intimate affair. Meals can be enjoyed wherever you choose – in the lounge, the garden, or under the veranda. The menu changes with the seasons and highlights Portuguese traditions with a modern twist. Sample dishes include tuna tartare with tomato consommé and basil oil, creamy Portuguese rice with prawns, or line-caught sea bass with celery purée and citrus.
