Boutique Bed & Breakfast with beautiful interior close to Ostuni in Puglia
In a well-hidden spot in nature, close to the white town of Ostuni, lies Masseria Dagilupi. A special retreat that is housed in a former authentic mill and run by the enthusiastic French couple Danielle and Jean-Louis. This boutique bed & breakfast is the place to enjoy a relaxing holiday and to become one with yourself. Here, they understand the art of slow living.
Masseria Dagilupi is located just south of the port city of Brindisi, far from the crowds but still close to many beautiful attractions in the region. This makes this special holiday address the ideal starting point for all kinds of fun outings. During your holiday, visit Valle d'Itria and take pictures of the enchanting trulli (white houses with conical roofs) or stroll through the narrow streets of the white city Ostuni, just further on.
Yet, at a place like this, you primarily want to enjoy: the swimming pool with a view of the surrounding olive groves, the fragrant lemon trees in the garden, and the peace and quiet around you. To come even closer to yourself, Masseria Dagilupi offers a range of massages and shiatsu treatments, all in the open air. In addition, various yoga and meditation classes are provided on the premises. Yoga teacher and nutrition coach Stefania Mastruzzo provides Hatha, Yin and Nidra and organizes extensive day programs that ensure you can go home fully recharged.
In the three atmospheric and romantic rooms of this unique House of Hideaways accommodation, you will find everything you need: an incredible interior, a king-size bed with silky soft bed linen from Society®, an espresso machine to make good Italian coffee, and an en suite bathroom with a rain shower and luxury care products from Grown Alchemist®.
With the old details from the past, the casual atmosphere, and the silence of the surroundings, you will almost naturally unwind in Masseria Dagilupi. That is precisely the goal of Danielle and Jean-Louis. They truly do everything to immerse their guests in the art of slow living. It starts in the early morning when you sit down for a homegrown & organic breakfast and ends with an evening meditation on the estate.
Danielle and Jean-Louis
In 2018, Danielle and Jean-Louis swapped their native France for the breathtaking Puglia and fell in love with Masseria Dagilupi. At the time, it was an ancient olive oil mill nestled in nature. Today, it's a luxury retreat with a fantastic interior and three unique and comfortable rooms to stay in.
Sleeping in an old mill
Whitewashed walls, vaulted ceilings, and modern furniture: the three spacious bedrooms of Masseria Dagilupi are so beautiful that you almost don't want to leave them. And then we haven't even mentioned the romantic and intimate atmosphere and that fantastic en-suite bathroom you can find in every room.
When you feel like becoming completely zen, join one of the yoga classes at the estate and subsequently book a wonderful massage. Enjoy the scent of essential oils and let the most skilled hands bring you fully into relaxation mode. Together with your partner? Then choose the couples massage where you and your partner are treated simultaneously.
Ostuni, the white little town
Masseria Dagilupi is located near La città bianca, or the white town of Ostuni. This picturesque town, about 40 kilometers from the port city of Brindisi, owes its name to its charming white-washed houses and is located on three hills. In the center, you will find a labyrinth of narrow winding streets with steps that are full of succulents and fluttering laundry hanging above your head to dry. You can truly soak up the authentic atmosphere of Italian life here. And the most beautiful thing: time seems to play no role at all.
Masseria Dagilupi is located near the picturesque town of Ostuni and is surrounded by more than 400 olive trees. Within 15 minutes by car, you are at the beach.
