Biljoen & Beekhuizen Estate

The Beekhuizen estate was added to the Biljoen estate in 1682, where the eponymous castle of Duke Charles of Guelders was also located. The estate with its romantic park layout was opened to the public by Baron van Spaen in 1790, and in 1847 the first version of Hotel Beekhuizen appeared in Swiss chalet style. Years later, in 1930, Biljoen & Beekhuizen were sold and have since belonged to the very first National Park of the Netherlands. The hotel remained privately owned and after a complete new construction project, Hotel Beekhuizen as we know it now has existed since 2020: pleasant luxury meets centuries-old nature.
